How do I get off of this email list? I am hearing nothing important just a
bunch of....I don't even know.

I'm not quite sure how making no sense comes into it? From what I can see
it's understandable grammar, though it might be because it's responding to
several messages instead of just the one below. If you see something you
think is incorrect feel free to correct it, timezones aren't my forte so
it's quite possible I don't know what I'm talking about. Feel free to
correct in any case.
