There's something else running on the port Plone is trying to
bind to. Are
you running IIS, Apache or similar?
Nothing that I'm aware of. The machine is a relatively new install.
Solidworks CAD might use something for it's licence activation
which it
looks for each time it is run. I use Skype. These are the only net
active
applications I'm aware of on my machine (oh hang on - Real
Alternative
player (forx64) and Winamp). I edited the port in Plone.conf and
guessed
at using 8090 then starting Plone with the controller. It made no
difference.
You are running something on same port as limi said, or you dont have
access to connect to the port.
