carbon is old as is nitrogen, so I would go with oxygen. You only need a
couple features: odl-infrautils-ready and odl-netvirt-sfc. You can see the
features used in the karaf log for the job:

https://logs.opendaylight.org/releng/vex-yul-odl-jenkins-1/netvirt-csit-1node-openstack-queens-sfc-oxygen/12/odl_1/odl1_karaf.log.gz

This is all old stuff. EVerything needed is now in the odl-netvirt-sfc
feature.

dlux is flaky. deprecated in fluorine.

l2switch should not be loaded with odl-netvirt-sfc - it will cause
problems. You don't need any of this stuff for sfc.

This is the only feature you really need . This feature will pull in all
the netvirt, openflowplugin, genius, neutron, etc features that are
required. It will
not pull in any dlux.
