Hi Jaime,
I set up devstack with ODL manually . And I installed feature:install
odl-infrautils-ready odl-netvirt-sfc odl-mdsal-apidocs odl-dlux-core.
I tried to create VM , then I got below error .Some time I retry it , then
works. I am not sure what is exact reason for this error .
Error: Failed to perform requested operation on instance "Source", the instance
has an error status: Please try again later [Error: Exceeded maximum number of
retries. Exhausted all hosts available for retrying build failures for instance
cd7518d7-6e5a-4f92-919d-c2a2a38a044a.].
And I see in the ODL log , below exception are flooded every where.

Subject: Re: [sfc-dev] Opendaylight support for networking-sfc
Hello
It never hurts to try but it may not work. Some of this config ends up both in
ODL & neutron databases and it may not be updated correctly. So you may need to
stop neutron & ODL, reset both of it's databases and restart them.
You may reference ODL docs [1] on how to do that. Refer to "Ensuring OpenStack
network state is clean", "Ensure Neutron is stopped", "Reset Neutron’s
database", "Restart neutron-server"...Make sure you start ODL with 'clean'
argument to clean it up too.
