I have it set for RTP per the CallCentric directions here:

I also tried changing it to SIP, but neither setting works.  I would 
suggest someone else try it with the customer support number for their 
card who has a CallCentric account with outdial capability.  I could 
also do some sort of capture again if you prefer.
