Do you have an outbound calling plan selected with CallCentric? I have the "Pay per Call" plan and calls to "United States Freephone" numbers are charged at $0.0088 per minute. If you have only the "IP Freedom <http://www.callcentric.com/rate/plans/ip_freedom/>" plan I guess you might well get the "402 - Forbidden" error.
