>From this page, http://www.callcentric.com/faq/9/235 I see that Callcentric offers different numbers for testing. I tried with this service for DTMF testing (with RTP): 011883510000000092 You dial in your digits, followed by the hash sign, and the service will read them back to you. It worked fine for me. Can you confirm if this service works for you?
