Other thing is, that your have in the W2k3 login profile a net use
command?
What happens, if you does login in the W2k3 Server as a local user?

If not, you need to set the names of your SGD Server into the WINS Tab
in the advance properties of the Windows Terminal Server.
Other problems I had in the past, was a firewall between the SGD and
W2k3 Server. If this is the issue, log into the logfiles to see what
ports are descard.
If this still does not help. Do a snoop on the line to see what kind
network traffic you have.
