Since my Cable Co says they don't support "networking" their cable modem, which is exactly what I use STN for, I think it could be advantageous to partner-up with either the Cable Co's/ISP's or some local system integrator / consultants. Obviously, this will be hard to do on a global basis, but maybe you could target one area/ISP/Cable Co and go from there. Consumer Market: A price point of $x to include an old headless 486/33, STN, & Hub - everything but running the wires, could be attractive to a customer. Question: what is x? $300? Support could KILL YOU, though. I'm sure that (1) I'm not the only person on my cable co's network that implemented such a solution (2) I won't be the last and (3) there are many customers who have more than one machine at home, but don't want to get their hands dirty with IRQ's, Hubs, and the like. -- ...steve...
