Id like to suggest we include EVERYONE on this list - active or not. 

 

Why? Because it isn't that big, and anyone showing enough interest to join,
and STAY on the list must be interested in someway.. somehow. And then we
don't have anyone "rejected" or pushed out either.

 

Of course future membership should be like BSD/Indy where anyone can join
the mail list, but you can only join the vote by being voted in as well.

Matthijs, and there are a few others that are pretty "active lurkers" if
that's  a word that might be worth considering.

As far as the FreeBSD model. To be honest I wasn't aware of it, but its 
almost identical to the Indy model which was worked out over the years. So
absolutely it sounds like a great starting (and maybe finishing point even)

Fine tuning possible if needed according to discussion.


I agree. Whole-heartedly. I would question my own position on the list,
because as of late I've been little more than an "active lurker" - but if we
will include everyone in that category, then I think that will work great. 

So uh, should we vote on it? ;-)
