Hi All, I came across a comment from TraumaPony on Scott Hanselman's blog today. Quote:
Monday, February 04, 2008 5:54:39 PM (Pacific Standard Time, UTC-08:00) Just so you know, SharpOS has been around far longer than Cosmos. www.sharpos.org TraumaPony That is really the last straw. Please stop bad mouthing us on all of our publicity gigs. We do not do the same to you. Nobody cares if SharpOS has been around longer than Cosmos, the idea was anyone's game. The ONLY way in which we differ is how we go about doing things and in what we believe: nothing more, nothing less. Really, carry on along this path and *you* are going to get a bad public image. Nobody cares to be on a team with immature people in it. In all fairness Smalltalk was a managed operating system long before some of us even knew how to program (certainly before I was even born), and JNode was around ages before SharpOS. Do you get JNode knocking at the door of all your publicity? In fact, do you get Singularity knocking at the door of all your publicity? Rather than raking the internet for our publicity you should rather concentrate on your own your own publicity and your own project. Unless you have people dedicated to sabotaging our project on your team. -- Jonathan ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: Microsoft Defy all challenges.
