This That's inaccurate. "A select group of people" says that only those who are "allowed" are able to build when in fact its anyone with Windows - its not restricted by permission. Given that Windows is 90%+, that's not even close to select. If you want to state that only Windows users can build, fine. But please keep your statements accurate.
