I was driving the 1987 GLHS and suddenly my wipers quit, siezed up, and are stuck upright.
The actuator arm on the steering column will still pump wiper fluid, but the wipers are just...dead. any thoughts? like if: this is a switch problem? motor problem? electrical vs mechanical? I checked all my fuses and easily located connections. they are all good.
