I'll bet it is one of three fairly easy to diagnose issues:

1 - If you hear no noise at all when you turn on the wipers it is most
likely an electrical issue.  Check all of your connections and ensure the
power wire has current when the wipers are on.

2 - If you hear a buzz but see no movement the motor is probably frozen
and would need replacement.

3 - If you hear movement and can see some action under the cowl when the
wipers are on then the wiper bushings probably need to be replaced.  You
can get them in the Help section of any auto parts store.

I recently had to replace the bushings on my Rampage, those things are
hard to get to, good luck to you!
