Nothing different about the engine blocks, heads, any of that.  You'll need the 
complete trans, torque converter, flex plate, shields and bolts.  The flex 
plate to crankshaft bolts are different than the bolts for a manual 
transmission flywheel.  Beyond that, you'll need the shifter & cable, and 
different brake pedal (if you want it).  Also will need the transmission mount, 
kickdown cable (and hardware at throttle body) and the wiring for the reverse 
lights/neutral safety switch.  

I'd get the trans and kickdown cable stuff from a turbo car, and everything 
else from a NA L body.
