Hi, I don't know if here is the best place to post my doubts and problems and I firstly apologize for that. I'm new in this area of hardware and sensors, but I'm starting to work with Shimmer EMGs. I read part of the manuals provided and installed the sensor and needed software. However, when I run the Multi Shimmer Sync although the application detects my sensor (I can see the ID of the EMG) when I click on connect it never successfully connects and stays in idle status. I would like to know if I'm doing something wrong here, I couldn't find an answer in the FAQ section, thanks in advance for your help.
