would have loved to attend the whole conference but we cant afford
cost or the time just at the moment.
I havent added it all up, but I know the budgets blown and some of

Our interest is real, we are sending one of the developers who cant
come to Amsterdam to the London Hackathon as
we want to embed Shindig inside Sakai (http://www.sakaiproject.org)

Not me. I still *might* go to Amsterdam for the Apachecon-us-2008
planning meeting Saturday after ApacheCON, but it looks very

Any suggestions or improvements?
Typically BOFs are very dynamic, a short introduction and let people
unknown to the -dev list "delurk" themselves and talk about what
they
are doing and what they are interested into/ willing to help.
Your plan is all right provided that the introductions are really
short,
in the 5 minutes or so. Technical stuff has never really fitted
into any
BOF I've been into, unless it is about discussing design
decisions, etc.
