My apologies on the misstep -- the wiki nature of the page made it look like scheduling was "simply" first come, first serve -- mea culpa. Might I recommend having the email address and steps to confirm listed on the wiki page? I read "please do not edit this field yourself!" to mean people who are attending a given BoF shouldn't do the accepting/scheduling, but it seemed like the only way for the proposer to get a slot, so I did it.
