No need to license the file under anything other then the ASF, in the header of
the unit test you've included:

Which is the Apache License, Version 2.0, which is the license that pretty much
all Apache projects use, and Apache Shindig (-incubating) does as well.
By checking the checkbox 'I hereby grant the ASF... etc', you state that the
file you're uploading can be distributed under the Apache License
