Hi Tim,

I can easily fix the missing SSLEAY32.dll ... by putting it in the
right place, but I still get the message:

14001: This application has failed to start because the application
configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this
problem. - C:/Program Files/Common
Files/Shoes/0.r1134/ruby/lib/i386-mswin32/openssl.so

(even though that file appears to be there)
