that's already there with (my copied) ssleay32.dll ... and I just
downloaded readline.dll from
http://whytheluckystiff.net/ruby/dist/readline.so-for-1.8.zip

... but alas, still no go ... it still complains aobut not being able
to find openssl.so.

BTW, it is mechanize that is causing the dependence on openssl.
