Oh, there's no way you could run Ruby in the limitations of the Uzebox
environment, and besides which Retrograph's display engine has a lot of
characteristics which aren't really possible to implement using the
stock Uzebox kernel.

Where Retrograph *might* come in handy (after a little modification) is
in writing Ruby/Shoes applications which need to simulate Uzebox
rendering for some reason or another.  Consider Evan's level design
utility for instance.
