depth
Pat,
The one that I built for myself used an A-flex shaft, and I like a high A
or low R, so I didn't worry about stiffening it up a bit. Worked fine. Can't
remember, but like many of the big heads (if you are using a 400-450cc
SWB), I think the hosel bore is about an inch and a half off the ground (I
know the Integra S450 is that depth.), so be sure to check your club length
dry assembled.

Subject: ShopTalk: SWB hosel
depth
Bernie or anyone else that has experience
with these heads, I am getting ready to build a driver with this head and
just realized that the hosel depth is 2" deep. Is this right? Was I suppose
to receive a plug of some kind? Is it a good idea to install a trimmed piece
of a .335" X 1/2" long to reduce the insertion depth so the shaft will
play softer? TIA
