Arnie   You may find that the file downloaded automaticially for you to be able to read it. Using Explorer search in Windows/Temporary Internet Files/... . It will not print. Golfsmith says it's because the chart is part of a book they sell. Any ideas as to how to print a copy? I hate to think I have to go to the computer to find out what shaft fits what club and scan back and forth just to read the chart. Arnie
