Without you providing more info, I'd suggest you get some of those with tips that fit the heads you have. They come in steel, graphite, titanium, filament wound, sheet wrapped, titanium fibers impregnated, soft, medium, firm and X flexes. The list is endless.

If you are following accepted norms of 1/2" between clubs (irons and woods), your driver would be 45".  Of course that assumes that the 44" is a good length for your 3w.
