Charlie,
Sorry for the long delay in answering, but it's been very hectic.

 * Your note arrived while I was away on a long golf weekend -- one of these
90 holes in 3 days things.

 * When I got back, I was most of a week catching up. I've just started as
an Adjunct Professor at The College of New Jersey, and teaching a course for
the first time involves a lot of preparation. Should be much easier next
semester, assuming I decide to continue. I'll have my lesson presentations,
homework assignments, homework solutions, etc; but for now, I have to do
everything from scratch.

Finally got back to the mail that arrived since then.

Anyway, I did see the note that you posted, and assumed correctly that you
mistakenly said it was for Bernie.

Thanks,
DaveT
