Why is the difference relevant?  The shafts were me matched based on the frequency 
measured along the same plane (stiff or soft), and since the spine is identified, the 
shafts will also be aligned in the clubhead in the same manner.  We could argue the 
benefits of which orientation is best for spine alignment, but the by identifying the 
spine first, and then using that identification to both measure frequency and later 
assemble clubs, the variation in frequency at different shaft 'clockings' doesn't 
matter.  As long as the spines are all aligned identically, the frequency slope used 
will be valid.
