All of what TFlan said was my experience.  I'll also have to caveat it.
Mike finally sent me everything that I was due. I think the putter
attachement came two years after I ordered the machine. He also sent me a
new bending bar, because he had abandoned the old design.  I didn't expect a
new bar. He says his production is up now, but someone else will have to be
the judge of that.

The machine..... still a work of art.
