Of course the manure must be certified by the State of California not to come from animals which have been raised without hormones, not conceived by "unnatural" methods and raised in areas of the State not affected by polution, concentrations of people with HIV and fed a diet of pure bull shit.
Research is being done on garlic raised in Gilroy, Ca. but the studies are not yet completed since they are awaiting the background checks of the growers to find out if any are illegal aliens, HIV infected, smokers, drinkers, tax evaders, users of excessive amounts of electricity, gasoline or indoor plumbing!
