Ralph : The answer to your question is yes There are drill bits available.. They are called Aircraft drills... They come in sizes from 65 which is .0350 up to a 1 which is .2280.. Or letter sizes A .2340 to Z .4130 and the std sizes in between up 1/2" ... OAL Length are 6" or 12 inches in HHS or Cobalt... Or you can get extra length drills 1/16 " to 3/16 "x 6 " OAL or 3/32" to 1/2" x 8" OAL

--- Begin Message --- I have a problem that maybe someone has an idea for me. I removed a graphite shaft and am planning to use it on another head. I normally clean out all epoxy from inside the shaft with a very small drill bit. The drill bit I used is a very small one and is about 2 inches long. My problem is that there is epoxy still in the shaft that my drill bit cannot reach. I still have about an inch of epoxy to remove. My question is whether there are small drill bits available that are at least 3 inches long and still effectively work without breaking? Or is there another solution I just have not thought of?
Thanks! Ralph
