Ralph You could use a heet rod  and try to  melt it from the other end. or
if you  dont have one  try  using a steel knitting needle cut to say 4 "
cut one end at an angle put the other end in your drill bit  the angle cut
should be sufficient to dis lodge  the rest of the epoxy Let me know how you
