See my previous post on this. This has been discussed at length on the FGI forum, where almost everyone inserts to 1.5", instead of full bore. However, I'm pretty sure that Steve Almo (owner of Bang) did chime in and say the Flow Alignment design of the BOMs was designed to utilize full bore depth, and that it was his opinion that you reduced the benefit of the FA on these heads by only doing a partial insertion. I'll try to find the link to that FGI discussion and post it here.
