Don,

I originally got the ProLaunch blue 65R in a Adams Redline ( a friend died and his sister just gave me the club).  I hit it a few times but didn't like the sound and especially did not like it going high right on me (I'm right handed), it just felt too loose.  So I pull the Redline out and put the Bang-O-Matic on it but pretty much had the same result but this time I felt I was not in control of the club.
The next day a friend gives me a pull out, ProLaunch 65S, but now the BOM hits way to low and again I don't feel like I can get any sort of action on it.  Felt very dead or boardy.

As you know this is hard to explain and it is especially hard for someone like me to evaluate.  I don't have any sort of repeatable swing, which makes my ball striking very inconsistent.

I have had a NV 65S in a few heads, Bangenstein was the last that I can remember and I know that if I just had a bit more strength or swing speed I may have like this combo, but I did not.

My holy grail has been an NV 55S.  I originally bought it with Orlimar HipTi 420cc, the HipTi comes stock with that shaft.  This club went very long and straight, I think it is a hidden gem.  Shortly after having it I found that Orli had something to do with WalMart and because I am anti-WalMart, I think they destroy towns, I yanked the head off.  I put a Wishon 915cfe 420cc on it and couldn't be happier.  Trajectory and distance are great and I feel that I can aim it wherever I want.

I don't know what goes on with my swing or why something works or doesn't, so I can't be of much help here.  Though I am thinking that the bigger the head the more torque is needed.

I haven't tried the NVS.

Rick:
I'm  interested in what you didn't like about the Blue's as that has been so far the best selling shaft for me in both new clubs and reshafts for a large range of handicaps ?

Have you tried any of the NV's or NVS's
