I tried a TX90 steel wood shaft a couple of years ago and liked the feel of
it a lot. Got the ball up in the air well, too. But, in the end, it was too
heavy for an old man to get up to the speed I can generate on my
50-something gram graphite shafts. Guess I lost about 10 to 15 yards with it
in comparison with my graphite sticks, though I was very accurate with it.
