I don't much care about puring - but am I misremembering, or did not USGA say
"spining" which after all is in some sense, "puring" could not be uh,
mentioned. It was one of the dumbest rulings I've read; go ahead and spine your
shafts, but don't tell anybody about it. So, if Nike is spining its clubs and
bragging about it, isn't that flaunting the rule - if there is a rule? TFlan>
