Sorry, "company policy and rules" are not enough - sometimes you need to 
take steps to enforce those policies.  I would recommend REDIRECTing all 
tcp/80 traffic to a squid server and use dansguardian to filter your 
browser usage.  You could even use acls in squid and dansguardian to tell 
who can browse what.
