What I did to succeed the update.
Before connecting through  ssh, on the FR terminal
opkg update
opkg install opkg
opkg install dropbear

And then upgrade big pieces after big pieces (with ssh)
opkg install connman
opkg install frameworkd
opkg install libc6-dev
opkg install frameworkd-config-shr
opkg install libfsotransport0
opkg install shr-settings

and then
opkg upgrade

No problem, without swap, and X not killed
