when i try this with your binary then its working but song continues
playing immediatly through the speakers and not remain paused.
i need to push play for pausing song. after that its working correctly.
Same issue when i change from speakers to bluetooth song plays
immediatly after changing only difference mplayer exits with :
pausing...
started mplayer normal
....
pausing...
started mplayer with bt

MPlayer interrupted by signal 13 in module: exit_player
- MPlayer crashed. This shouldn't happen.
It can be a bug in the MPlayer code _or_ in your drivers _or_ in your
gcc version. If you think it's MPlayer's fault, please read
DOCS/HTML/en/bugreports.html and follow the instructions there. We
can't and
won't help unless you provide this information when reporting a
possible bug.

Well mplayer prints-out only 1 line when i switch off bluetooth-headset:
Starting playback...
[AO_ALSA] alsa-lib: pcm_bluetooth.c:245:(playback_hw_thread) poll fd 1
revents 24
A: 67.2 (01:07.2) of 382.0 (06:22.0) 14.8%
