Actually, I have no issues with the current theme. It's simple and classy. While the nEo theme may be faster (dunno, haven't tried it), I don't like all the green/color. On WinXP, the first thing I did on a new install was disable the "Fisher Price" theme (the one with all the colored buttons on every window) and go back to the simple gray theme. If I'm in the minority here, that's fine.
