directfb instead of Xorg. I never worked with directfb but from what I
understand, it brings an implementation of libX11.so et al.

I use several USB devices, most notable a USB-to-Serial adapter on my FR
almost every other day. It's much easier than dragging around a
notebook.

I've been hacking at dwm for a while and been using it as WM. With
launcher, literki and shr-today it makes for a usable environment.

The SHR applications already are all based on elementary I think. I just
don't know the API for it and am not sure of its speed, so I personally
stay with fltk for now.
