I have the same problems after a recent opkg upgrade (don't remember
how recent). The sound in calls became extremely low but it helped if I
turned the volume up to max during a call. I also occasionally get the
vibration during incoming calls and it really makes a mess of the call
quality as the other side of the call hears these vibrations.

If others are not having these problems I guess I should better reflash
and update then.
