I like gpc more than fpc, but:

Will we use GPC or FPC is does not matter.

We can use any of these compilers. If we choose FPC - Ok. Lets be fpc. Major problem 
is API calls defination. We don't have full API as for GPC as for FPC. So, first work 
is to define all required APIs.

So, to do (for fpc):

1. Make CVS module for Sibyl (Adrian?)
2. Define APIs
2.5. Extend RTL
3. Compile SPCC (port SPCC or extend FPC for spc syntax or make spc->fpc converter)
4. Compile SVDE
5. Fix errors
6. First release

Step 2: Just contibute code to fpc team or make our own APIs?
Step 2.5: Sibyl RTL not same as FPC/Delphi. So, rework required.
