Assuming you meant ITU-T, that option isn't looking nearly as bad as it
did a few years ago, at least I'll know what it takes to get operational
requirements considered there.
I think the disconnect emerging is the dichotomy between those who have
to operate, sustain, and rely on this infrastructure, and the "running
code and run away" school of thought. I'd have thought the latter would
have matured at this stage - Fortunately, at least all the RIRs
recognize the seriousness and implications...
