The wglc has ended. The response has not been strong enough to indicate consensus for publication and there have been a few suggestions for changes. This draft has been in the wg for a long time, but with sporadic attention. The authors are encouraged to address the suggestions for changes and discuss on the list.
Thanks to Roque for pointing out the relationship to RFC4271. The idr chairs have been asked if idr wants to review this document, as well.
