I guess I’m not as paranoid as you, but #ing the TBDs would definitely make it
clearer to IANA and the RFC where the values are supposed to go.
If “TBD1" is replaces the “TBD" in the 6484 updates section then the 2 & 3 are
the modules and 4 and 5 are the extensions. Revised modules follow what I
