"When we run out" - we still have a couple of million IPv4 address space.
When some RIRs ran out, it created an open market. Transfers and M&A are
still happening and continue to happen, let's wisely use and allocate the
resources.

Can you give me an example of IXP where the peering lan is IPv6 only?
