I use iBill, ATS, epoch.

All you need is a perl or other CGI script to collect the data. They do
everything else. They receive the data from your CGI on their HTTPS
server, they process the card and return the status to you. You don't even
need a merchant bank account fot Ibill and ATS, but you will pay a higher
percentage per transaction if you do. ATS will even process direct deposit
from checking accounts. Both CGI's are easy to write and there are free
sample ones available. And these systems are completely OS independant and
easy to amintain. CyberCash and IC Verify crap not worth messing with.
Too proprietry and as integratable.

Alot of people use Epoch too, but I've never set that up.
