Because UT is being anal and no one can get onto news.cc.utexas.edu. from
an outside ISP. You either have to live on campus, goto one of the campus
labs, or telysis into UT to get on their newsgroups. UT is trying to
prevent news spamming and other sorts of perverbial immature
technologically mundane yet apparently widespread fun onto their servers......
kids...... sheesh! :)
