Well I do have a question about that. I'm not on ResNet, but DHCP is
DHCP, right? So I installed LinuxPPC R4 (kernel 2.1.24) and put
/usr/sbin/dhcpcd in rc.local. I didn't bother to update from 0.65 to 0.70
since I'm not on ResNet.
It got an address just fine, but I couldn't get to anywhere because I had
no default route. I just went ahead and added one by hand. Should dhcpcd
be adding this automatically or do I need to do it?
Also, dhcpcd doesn't seem to appear in ps listings; I would assume that
it stays around so that it can renew the lease every 3 hours...
Anybody wanna offer me a clue or two?
