I had Mandrake (KDE and RH 5.2) running fine and using kppp before I
upgraded to RH 6.0 w/Gnome and E. Now I'm trying to reconfigure ppp with
little success.
I looked in the archive and there were two posts about problems similar
to what I'm experiencing. The fixes suggested didn't work for me.
Is it possible to use Christ's ppp-telesys stuff and forego the chat
stuff that comes with RH 6?
Is the "serial link not 8-bit clean" just that I got a bad connection?
It gave this to me several times....
